Geoff Amstutz

Owner, Project Manager

Geoff’s passion for woodworking, construction, and attention to detail stems from growing up working in his father’s garage wood shop. He is a proud graduate of Omaha North High School and has a bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Geoff eventually found his passion in renovating homes when working on Habitat for Humanity projects with Bill Bolte, the founder of Bolte Construction.

Geoff is a nationally licensed Class B contractor. He has been with the company since 2013 and fully took over ownership of the company in 2026.

Bill Bolte

Founder, Retired

Bill has been working in construction nearly his entire life. His lifelong love of building began in wood shop class at Omaha North High. He has a bachelors degree in education from the University of Wyoming, where he played four years as an offensive lineman. He then moved back to Omaha, working in construction trades until eventually starting Bolte Construction in 2003.

Bill is a nationally licensed class B contractor. He is a two-term past chairman of the Remodeler’s Council of MOBA.
