Where does it start?

If you’ve taken the time to visit our website, chances are you are beginning to consider a remodeling project. The first steps in this process can be daunting:

• Where do I start?

• How much should I invest?

• How long will the process take?

These are all questions that we will address at our initial meeting.

First step

Have you already gathered enough ideas that you know exactly what you would like the finished product to look like? Great! Do you feel overwhelmed when you think about planning a remodeling project? We can help! Our goal is to come together on a vision no matter where you are in the planning phase.

When you first reach out to us, we will ask you a few questions about your project and schedule an in-person meeting. At our initial meeting, we will talk about designs, ideas, and finished goals. Or, if you need a little (or more than a little) guidance, this is where we will begin helping you form your vision of your remodel. We will give you an idea of timeline, budgets, and processes right off the bat.

Getting ready?

After our initial meeting, we are happy to recommend you do your research. This includes talking with other potential remodeling contractors. If we are the team that you feel most comfortable with guiding you and your home through this process, it is time to take the next step!

Moving forward, we have you select a handful of details for your project. This may include cabinet details, countertop design, and tile selections. We are able to assist by designing a 3D drawing of your new space when applicable. Once these details are decided on, we will give you a written final budget and schedule a start date.

Do you have pets that need special attention? We love pets and are happy to accommodate! Do you have requests on our work schedule? We are flexible to your schedule. We want to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible and are happy to assist in whatever way we can.

Project start

On the first day of our project, we begin with our covering and protecting process. This includes using floor protecting material on the surfaces we will be walking on, setting up plastic barriers to contain our project, and covering items that are sensitive to dust.

As the project progresses, we will have consistent, open communication lines with you. Our team practices quality cleanup of our work site on a daily basis. We will give you regular updates regarding the details of your project and the upcoming schedule. If you have any questions, you will always be able to easily get in touch with us. If there is anything in the plan that needs to be adjusted or if you have any new ideas, we always keep communication easy and open.

Final details

As we are nearing our project completion, we focus on getting all of the minute details just right. This includes removing our protecting materials and a final cleanup. This is very important to us, as our goal is for you to be able to move right back in to your newly finished space in your home.

Only when you are completely happy with the finished project will a final payment be requested. Our projects come with a two year written guarantee so you can rest assured that your new investment has been constructed meticulously.
